Theo Boyce founded Arclion Protection Services after more than 10 years working in the security industry.
Starting as a security officer and progressing through supervisory and leadership roles, he developed firsthand experience in incident response, client relations, and operational management.
Today, his focus is building a company known for professionalism, accountability, and consistent service throughout Barbados.
